Primark has wowed beauty fans with its range of affordable fragrances that “smell just like luxury designer scents”. Posting on TikTok as @Beautyglowgirl, the money-saving blogger shared how shoppers can enjoy scents similar to high-end perfumes for less.
In the video, she compares several Primark fragrances to designer perfumes. According to the shopper, Primark’s offering includes scents similar to Tom Ford and Yves Saint Laurent, but they’re much more affordable at £6 each.
Sharing her insight with TikTok viewers, the content creator claimed: “Primark’s Red Flambe is £6 and is supposed to smell similar to Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry which is £290 for 50ml.” She continued: “Primark’s Good Chica is £6 and is supposed to be similar to Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl which retails for £95.”
She added: “Primark’s Jewelled Candy is £6 and is supposed to smell similar to Kayali’s Yum Pistachio which is £79. And finally Primark’s Free is £6 and is supposed to smell like YSL Libre which is £97 for 50ml.”
Not all of the fragrances are currently listed on Primark’s website. As such, keen shoppers may need to visit their local store.
Perfumes advertised on Primark’s website include the PS… 50ml Perfume Spray in scents Good Chica, Fate, and Free, which are all available in 50ml bottles for £6 each.
For £3, there are also PS… 20ml Eau De Parfums, miniature perfumes designed for use on the go. The scents include Pink Blossom, Fate, Regent, Taboo, Sandy Beach, Good Chica, Free, and Oud Blush.
Alternatively, Primark offers a selection of PS Tropical Body Mists, priced at £3.50 each. There are seven options, with scents including Rio Romance and Sunday Chill. Primark also sells Scented Fabric Spray for £4, with scents such as Peony Blossom and Sundried Linen, and Room Spray for £4.50, with scents such as Eucalyptus and Mint and Peony Blossom.
