Aldi is selling a tool that is the “best thing” for getting rid of mould and condensation in your home.
Condensation can be a major issue in homes during the winter months. It occurs when the warmer air inside our homes hits a cold surface, such as a window, and water droplets then form on it. Although it may only seem like a relatively small issue it can lead to bigger problems for your home – and even your health. One of the main issues caused by condensation is black mould grows in damp environments and if left untreated it can cause health issues as it is classed as an allergy.
One of the most common ways to tackle condensation is through a dehumidifier – although these can be quite pricey. However, Aldi’s middle aisle has come to the rescue. The discount supermarket’s middle aisle deals are beloved by the nation as you can get a whole range of bits and bobs from it – from shoes to toys, gardening equipment, and kitchen gadgets.
One item on sale at Aldi at the moment is the Ambiano electric window cleaner which will set you back £14.99 and comes in two colours – white/grey and blue/dark blue. This device sprays detergents and water onto glass and then wipes it away with the wiper and a mini vacuum. You can use the gizmo for any window or mirror surfaces in your home, so it’s not just a top tool for mould and condensation.
It has garnered plenty of praise from shoppers online finding out it’s back on sale. Posting on Facebook, one Aldi customer said: “Best thing I ever bought. It won’t disappoint.” Another commented: “Brilliant for cleaning the shower tiles and glass.” Meanwhile, a third and fourth branded the window cleaner “5*” and a “great gadget”. Another added: “I use mine every morning to clear condensation from my bedroom windows.” One shopper says they use theirs when they go camping to remove the condensation from the inside of their tent.
Sadly, like all Aldi middle aisle items, it won’t be around for long. According to Aldi’s website, the cleaner will be on sale “while stocks last” so depending how popular it is, you might have to be quick in purchasing.
